El Tapatio The original El Tapatio first opened in Colorado in 2012 by Francisco Espinoza. Since then the restaurant has expanded operations to Page, Arizona in 2012 and later to Flagstaff in 2017. The traditional Jalisco style Mexican restaurant offers flavors from the central, Pacific coastal region of Mexico. With more than 100 options to choose from including famous fajitas and mouth-watering carne asada, El Tapatio offers a little something for everyone.
